Payment in a lump sum: the Buyer shall open a 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit in favor of the Seller.
Time of shipment: Two month period from the date of opening of the LC with also part shipments allowed before last shipment date. We do our best finish the shipments within one month period, even though the LC validity need to be 2 month period.
