Application:

1) used as modifying agent of quality

6) used to stabilize the natural pigment in beans, Fruit vegetables cans and sweetened bean paste to protect the food’s color. It is also used as emulsifier in canned meat and as water softener.

Storage and Transport:

It should be stored in a dry and ventilate warehouse, kept away from water and moisture. Unload with care as to avoid being damaged. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
