Soft serve Ice cream mix - custom Flavours possible given minimum volumes
Cream of Creams manufactures several types of Soft Serve Mix.
For IKEA and Dairy Queen we produce according to customer formula, while for others we produce a standard type that is most suitable for the modern soft serve machines.
Top quality soft serve mixes are made of dairy ingredients in order to enhance the mouth feel of the ice cream. For other companies the milk fat is often replaced by vegetable fat for cost price reasons.
All our Soft Serve Mixes are packed in pouches of 5 or 10 L, depending on the capacity of the basin of the ice cream machine.
