INTRODUCTION
This product is a kind of excellent specialty enzyme, which is composed of cellulase, xylanase,
mannase and pectase, etc. for Corn Starch processing. This enzyme can well act on non-starch
polysaccharides (NSP) of corn starch slurry, quickly degrade the viscosity of corn powder
slurry, effectively make separation between starch and protein, fully improve the detergent
fiber, relatively increase the yield rate of starch and protein, economically decrease the energy
consumption, and greatly enhance the utilization ratio of facilities.
