  - Payment terms: TT(for small amount), 30%TT balance against inspeciton or B/L, Paypal, Western union, etc...

1. Inquiry: please send us the details of the production you need, if it's your own designa, please send the pictures, size, material and other information. If our existing products, please send the pictures or the model number.

2. Quotation: Price will be offered within 24 hours.  

3. Order placed: We will send you the Proforma Invoice(PI) for both partys' confirmation.

4. Payment: Do the payment as the contracted terms.

5. Production: Samples(or mass production samples) will be showed to you for your confirmation before(when) we have the mass prodction to ensure everything is right.

6. Shipment: Goods will be deliverd as the contracter terms.

7. Arrived at the destination: warehouse or port, will be depend on the contracted terms.

8. After sales service: When we got feedback from customers that all is ok, and the whole process will be completed.
