Tomatoes grown by our contractual farmers and harvested in the months of June - July- August are first controlled by our Quality Control Team and Fresh Tomatoes are then processed within 24 hours under the supervision of our Production Team. Harvested tomatoes which are transported to the drying area are first washed and cut into halves. They are then left to dry under the sun for 5 to 7 days after applying sulphuric or salted solution. Dried tomatoes are transported to our plant where they are selected, weighted and packed in standard sacks. Dried tomatoes which are barcoded in order to ensure traceability are stored in our 1000 tons capacity cold storages after completion of quality control data registration. Physical, chemical and microbiological controls of tomatoes at all stages from raw materials up to the finished products are performed in our plant's laboratories. Besides, we continuously cooperate with scientific institutions such as accredited laboratories and universities.
