Sweetened dried strawberry dices are produced by infusing strawberries in a sugar solution until a specified Brix level is reached. The sweetened strawberries are dried to the specified moisture level, lightly sprayed with oil, inspected, diced to 3/8?by 1/4?or julienne cut to 3/16? and packaged. All Shoreline dried fruit products are processed and packaged in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices, including metal detection.
