The famous Tandoor is always an Indian favourite. The taste of meat, poultry, fish, and kababs, skewered and grilled over coal, never actually touching the coal, is highly appreciated. Sakthi Tandoori Chicken masala is obviously the main Taste maker for your Tandoori dishes.

RECIPE : Tandoori Kebab:Cut a dressed Chicken of about 650g. into 4 pieces. Make 3-4 deep parallel cuts in the pieces. Marinate the pieces in the mixture of 1½ cup curd, 25 g. Sakthi Tandoori Masala, 2 tbsp. Lemon juice and salt to taste for 2 hours or more. Keep the marinated chicken pieces on a pre heated (180° C) grill and cook for 25-30 minutes or in a moderately hot tandoor oven for 12-15 minutes. Baste the chicken pieces with ghee or edible oil and cook for further 2-3 minutes. Keep the pieces in a serving tray. Squeeze a lemon and sprinkle Sakthi Chat Masala over the pieces. Serve with onion rings and lemon wedges.
Chicken Tikka: The preparation is the same as of Kebab, but use boneless meat in bite sized pieces and reduce the cooking time to 15 minutes in a conventional oven or 6-8 minutes in a tandoor.
