• 100% Aiko Tomatoes are carefully selected for this juice, wth only 0.1% salt. 
• These tomatoes have a wonderful, fresh balance of a sweet and sour flavor.  
• The tomatoes are processed when they are at their best between July and Septemer when the sugar level is between 10.5-12%.

 

How to Use:

 

1. Chill and drink as juice.

2. Heat and eat as a soup. (Delicious with added basil etc.)

3. Use as an ingredient for vegetable stir fry, cocktails or as a syrup for shaved ice.
