Payment

1) By Documentary Letter of Credit at Bank

    is ( Negotiable, Irrevocable, Confirmed, Operative ,

    Transferable, Divisible ) where ( grade bank is A ) :

1. For the ( half annual or annual ) sales contract only is

( payable 30% advance before commence of production &

the rest 70% split payable as per schedule of partial shipments the agreed between (we) the seller and (you) the buyer against full pack documents of the one shipment for each partial shipment , separately ) with making the time period of DL/C six months for

( the half annual sales contract ) , and one year for

( the annual sales contract ) as that in case of partial non-payment will be stopped cargoes and shipping , promptly .

2. For the spot sales contract is

( payable 90% advance & the rest 10% payable non – split against full pack of documents at the one shipment ) with making the conventional time period of DL/C which is three months .

- We endure half commission of open your Documentary L/C

in your bank ,( so as not to exceed 0.25 % from total value of sales contract only ) , where this commission will be deducted at the end of the sales contract period whether was spot or half annual

or annual .

- All ( taxes and customs and bank ) charges outside region

  of Egypt is on your company .

2) by Transfer of funds at bank is

    ( Irrevocable , Negotiable , Confirmed , Operative )

    for the ( half annual or annual ) sales contract only

** payable 75% advance before commence of production &

the rest 25% split payment ( partial ) monthly during the shipment is inside sea port of loading within schedule of partial shipments the agreed between (we) the seller and (you) the buyer by shipping notice ,

then after departure of ship from sea port of loading full pack documents of the one shipment for each partial shipment , separately will be sending to your bank by collection documents ,

as that in case of partial non-payment will be stopped cargoes and shipping , promptly .

3) or by Western Union ( directly 100% after contract ) for very low

    order of the ( spot or half annual or annual ) sales contract .

4) or cash by hand (100%) inside Egypt   within your visit

    to us for the ( spot or half annual or annual ) sales contract .

We accept to sending sample you pay its expenses of shipping where you transfer expenses of shipping

to us by Western Union ( directly ) .

Procedures

1. ( We ) The Seller issue quotation firstly by E-mail .

2. ( You ) The buyer agree on quotation , then issue

    ( IRREVOCABLE CONDITIONAL PURCHASE ORDER )

    accompanied with signature and seal and written

    on letterhead sheet of your company then its sends to

    the seller by E-mail .

3. ( We ) The Seller issue proforma invoice and sends by E-mail .

4. ( You ) The buyer agree and accept a proforma invoice .

5. ( We ) The Seller issue draft of the sales contract

    ( spot or half annual or annual ) and sends by E-mail .

6. ( You ) The buyer agree and accept a draft of the sales contract .

7. ( We ) The Seller issue two original of the sales contract

    ( spot or half annual or annual ) ( final & Irrevocable ) , both seller and buyer sign and seal on both them , as well as ( we ) the seller are ready to that be documented by your embassy or your consulate inside Egypt .

8. ( We ) The Seller sends two original of the sales contract after  

    the signature and sealing to the buyer by ( DHL or

    the seller’s bank ) then the buyer make re-send one original of

    the sales contract to the seller by ( DHL or the buyer’s bank ) ,

    once again after the signature and sealing by the buyer.

9. Within 7(seven) banking days after the signature and sealing on

   Two original of the sales contract ( spot or half annual

    or annual) .

10. The buyer’s bank issue Documentary Letter of Credit

  ( Negotiable, Irrevocable, Confirmed, Operative , Transferable,

   Divisible ) to the seller’s bank , in accordance with original of sales

   contract and original or copy of proforma invoice .

or Make T/T ( Irrevocable ) : payable 75% advance & the rest 25%

   split payable as per schedule of partial shipments the agreed    

   between the seller and the buyer .

or Make Transfer by Western Union : directly 100% .

or Pay Cash by hand : (100%) inside Egypt .

11. Shipping start as per the agreed schedule between

    the seller & the buyer after receipt and acceptance of DL/C

    accompanied with reach advance of total value of the sales

    contract to our bank account within DL/C or T/T ,

    where last shipment for half annual sales contract start shipping

    in the end of fifth month , and so last shipment for annual sales

    contract start shipping in the end of eleventh month .

12. Full pack documents of the one shipment (Written in English) is :

1. Invoice ( three original ) .

2. Packing list ( three original ) .

3. Bill of lading ( three original ) .

4. Certificate of Egyptian Origin of the type FORM A ( one original ) .

5. Certificate of healthy for food products   ( one original ) .

6. Bill of insurance  ( one original ) .
