Description:
Annual or perennial herbaceous 1-2 meters high. Root spindle-shaped, multi-fibrous, or near the stem base with adventitious roots. Stems glabrous or slightly pubescent. Ye secondary pinnatipartite, lobes linear or linear filaments. Capitulum solitary, 3-6 cm in diameter; peduncle 6-18 cm long.
