Main Description
Animal feed pellet machine is used to make small animal feed pellet. With double-motor, v-belt driving system, this machine is characterized by ideal drive ratio, great driving moment, smooth rotation, simple structure, less space required, high throughput, low noise, easy operation and maintenance.
This machine can be fitted with many kinds of ring dies with 1.6-12mm die holes and different thickness, users can select based on self demand for achieving the optimum technical and economic efficiency.
This machine adopts two press Rollers, which divide the whole ring die into two extruding areas, the rotary feeding chute equipped with two deflecting distribution scrapers can result in uniform feeding, high output as well as high quality pellets. A variety of conditioners are available for different formulations.
Main Principle
This machine is consist of three motors and a condicioner, a v-belt driving mechanism, a rotor, a ring die, press rollers, scrapers, a cutting assembley, a machine body and gates ect. The materials conditioned by the conditioner are delivered uniformly by the rotary feeding cone and two deflection scrapers into the two pelletizing areas composed by the press rollers and the ring die. The mash is extruded gradually by the ring die and two counter rotating parts of press roller into the die holes, being formed in the die hole and extruded out to outsie ceaselessly. The formed pellet is cut off to length by the cutting knife, finally the formed pellet is discharged out of the machine.
