Mushroom Extract Powder (2103) An extract of Champignon Mushroom (Agaricus bispouis) is blended with salt and spray-dried on a maltodextrin carrier. Dark brown in solution, it provides a mild mushroom aroma with a full, clean, non-earthy flavor.
Shiitake Powder (2106) Dried Shiitake Mushroom (Lentinus Edodes) heads and stems, ground to a fine powder. Medium-brown color when in solution, imparts a smoky, woody mushroom flavor.
Shiitake Extract Powder (2111) Extract of dried Shiitake Mushroom stems and heads. Spray-dried on a maltodextrin carrier. Provides a smoky, woody flavor.
Vegetable Extract Powder (2300) Extract of Chinese Cabbage (Brassica Pekinensis) spray-dried on a maltodextrin carrier. A golden color in solution, it has a mild aroma and flavor.
