Working Principle of the dryer
The dryer including get hot furnace, feeding mouth, rotating cylinder, filter canister,
material conveying pipe, cooling tube and the discharging mouth, rotating cylinder is located in active roller, active wheel by motor and transmission rotating cylinder driving slow down low speed rotation, there are feeding mouth between get hot furnace and rotating cylinder, there are stirring blades in the rotate cylinder, and there are dam-board in the connected place between the rotary cylinder and the filter cartridges, opened a small holes on the dam-board, one end of filter cartridges is linked together with rotating cylinder, the other end are linked together with conveying pipe, the filter cartridges equipped with block piece, the bottom of the filter cartridges equipped with slag discharge hole, one end of cooling tube is linked together with blower by conveying pipe, the other end is linked together with the discharging mouth.
