Installation and Adjustment:
1. Motor should be fastened in the basement of the machine and must be smooth and flat.
2. When the motor rotation direction doesn’t meet requirements, you can adjust the phase angle between the eccentric blocks and change the vibration force.Like this
3. The machine is running in early days, which should be checked at least once a day to prevent loosening.
4.The machine running time add up 1500 hours, you should check the bearings to see if there is a serious injury and should be replaced immediately .
