General Information

World Coffee Leaders Forum is the first global coffee forum officially supported by the International Coffee Organization (ICO). As a major highlight and a concurrent event of Cafe Show, 「World Coffee Leaders Forum 2015」 will bring together approximately 1,500 delegates from all 40 countries, to examine and discuss the prospect of the World and Asian Coffee Industry. The theme for WCLF 2015 is ‘Coffee, More Than Just Coffee - A Brand and Its Pursuing Values in Coffee’ Global coffee professionals and expertise from all over the world will gather up to discuss the components of various types of brand in a cup of coffee. Under the theme, WCLF 2015 is expected to help participants see values that are in a cup of coffee representing current issues and social, environmental, economical aspects of coffee industry. Last year, at the 3rd WCLF, 37 speakers from 22 countries attended to provide valuable insights on coffee industry, including Mr. Andrea Illy (Chairman & CEO) from illycaffe S.p.A, Ric Rhinehart (Executive Director) from SCAA, and Mark Pendergrast (Author of 'Uncommon Ground') etc. The executive director of International Coffee Organization (ICO), Mr. Robério Oliveira Silva has opened the event with his key note speech titled “Paradigm Shifts in the Coffee Industry and its Countermeasures”
