General Information

Once a year since 2003, this is the 18th expo for north Africa food fair, which is held by the biggest French exhibition company Comexposium (who organizes SIAL). There are four main clear categories of this fair: food and beverage hall, food ingredients hall, food processing and equipment & pacakging hall, bakery and equipment.

There are over 70% exhibitiors highly praised the turnover in this fair.
