Kaohsiung Food Show continues to solidify its position in the food industry in Southern Taiwan. In 2019, 288 prominent exhibitors from 14 countries presented their star products displayed in 544 booths. Kaohsiung Food Show 2020 will once again bring out the best of local and international cuisine and grab the attention of global buyers. KAOHSIUNG FOOD SHOW drew over 23,000 visitors with 10,000 professional buyers. The top five overseas visiting countries and regions included Hong Kong, China, Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia.

2019 KAOHSIUNG FOOD SHOW features 278 exhibitors from thirteen countries/ regions. Domestic exhibitors included Marine Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government, Taiwan Frozen Seafood Industries Association and Agricultural Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government.
