1. Collar or Kama non-co
2. Belly non-co( if co treated prefer ivp)
3. Tuna Head halves (prefer machine cut)
4. Tuna tail (perfer machine cut)
6. Trimmed meat (prefer co teated and vaccumed pack at 1 kg per bag for hand cut)
