The high quality raw materials are carefully selected by our pastrycooks, the production is completely handmade, from the processing of the ingredients to the polishing, only made with natural methods  The product is made from raw materials OGM FREE as required by the current EEC law on OGM enforced in the Europena Comunity Rules 1829/2003 and 1830/2003. The product does not contain Gluten in conformity with the note n. 600.12/AG32/2861 of the Health ministry and in conformity with the EEC recommendation 1007/68/EEC
