Fresh goji juice made within six hours of the berries being picked,which introduce into a set of advanced juice line is manufactured through pre-treatment, juicing, color protection, Sterilization and sterile filling according to The USA Code of Garden Spgarden Stuff Juice Product HACCP---21CFR part 120 and The HACCP System of our corporation. The problems to keep goji juice fresh at normal temperature have been solved. After the treatment with natural color protector, the original taste, color and nutrient content of goji juice is kept unchanged, esp. the goji polysaccharide containing the heat sensitivity nutriment and functional factor is kept unchanged. Our goji single strength juice was found to have the top ORAC value of all fruits. An amazing 59,930 ORAC units for per liter!
