It is used in cooking for frying and for filling dishes, in bakery (mustard bread, mustard rolls) and canning industries.
It is used in medicine for the preparation of ointments, in the perfumery and soap industry.
Also for technical purposes — mustard oil refers to slightly drying oils, and therefore can be used to lubricate motors and mechanisms at low temperatures.
