Colorless virgin coconut oil is an edible and cholesterol free oil extracted from grated organic coconuts, by cold press method, totally without chemical or heat application, no other oil has so many wide ranging health benefits compared to Virgin coconut oil.

Virgin coconut oil is a food, and is one of the best cooking oils you can use. It has been cooking oil for thousands of years in tropical climate. As cooking oil, its chemical structure is kept in tact and therefore is resistant to mutations of fatty acid chains even when used in cooking temperature, unlike most vegetable oils.

• Refractive      index at 40 ⁰ C is 1.4480 to1.4492
• Moisture      and other matter volatile at 105 ⁰ C max is 0.5
• Insoluble      impurities per cent by mass is 0.05
• Free fatty      acids, calculated as lauric acid per cent by mass is 0.2max
• Iodine      value is 6 to11
• Saponification      value is 255min
• Unsaponifible      matter, percent by mass, max. is 0.2
• Mineral      acidity is Nil.
