Quark represents a concentrate of milk proteins from freshly fermented milk and is rich in microelements, calcium and phosporus needed for teeth and bones formation. Dairy cream contains a large number of «dispersed» and easily digestible milk fat, which is rich in fat-soluble Vitamins, especially vitamin A, and iron. That is why the dairy cream is recommended for addition in baby food, particularly as oil replacement.

 

Banana puree with dairy cream

Description: recommended as a meal introduction for underweighted or slowly gaining weight babies, starting from 6 months old. Dairy cream contains a large number of «dispersed» and easily digestible milk fat. They are rich in fat-soluble vitamins, especially vitamin A, and iron. Banana puree contains pectin, potassium, magnesium, vitamins C and B6. Banana fibers help to normalize the digestion process.
