This is by far the only gas fryer in China with a computer control panel. Brandon has injected our electronic control expertise into this fryer. This fryer uses the same computer control panel as our electric model FRYH 18C , which has been so popular in the market.

Brandon's GF 4C gas fryer gives you the best performance. With 4 burner tubes going through the fry pot, it ensures heat exchange to take place more effectively, thus higher thermal efficiency.

• Automatic melt cycle for solid shortening
• Electronic temperature sensor: quick response to loads
• Buzzer goes off at the end of fry cycle or when cycle process reaches the stage of“shake basket reminding". Good for frying French fries
• Precise temperature control for computer model. No unpleasant temperature overshoot which shortens oil lifespan and degrades food quality
• Computer model requires 220V single phase power for the control board
