Structure and Performance:

 

1. This machine consists of cast hopper, screening, frames , eccentric transmission mechanism and other components. 

2. Junction of the reciprocating motion of the machine, uses rubber bearings. The rubber bearing is durable, and shock-absorbing. 

3. By adjusting the angle of the shaker, this separator controls the speed of feeding, so as to achieve separating work of cashew kernel and shells .

   

 Main Working Principle:

  

 According to different sizes of cashew kernel and shell, this separator is specially designed to separate the nuts from shells by means of sieve pore.
