Mashing System

Inner Tank use international standard SUS 304. All welding is double-sided welding argon gas protection , double-sided forming can improve the weld ability of under pressure. Internal comprehensive cleaning, improve the quality of internal cleaning.

 

Mechanical agitation: stirring moter adopts variable frequency stepless speed control , improve wort preparation time.

 

In addition, we provide two kinds of material of the mash tun: stainless steel & copper. You can choose your favorite style.

 

 

 

Fermenting System

Cooling way:  Ice  water belt cooling ; c ooling media: glycol water  or alcohol water.

 

Sampling  method:  1 piece of  aseptic sampling valve .  

 

Cleaning System:   CIP washing unit : Comprehensive cleaning.

 

Fermentation tank pressure :  Design pressure 0.3MPa ;  Working pressure 0.15Mpa .

 

  We can provid two different bottom cone fermentation tank: 60 or 75 degree cone. They correspond to different height. You can choose according to the height of the room.
