fragrant aromatic nose with hints of roses and limes.
There is a strong Fruit component to this wine characterised by
limes and lavender. This fruit is balanced beautifully by a crisp,
steely acidity that gives this wine its elegance and persistence.
Cellaring:
This wine will continue to develop over the next few years into
a classic Barossa Riesling.
