Usage
Mainly used in cooking many kinds of foods, such as soup, fruit jam, bean paste, date paste, sweets, sauce, curry, vegetables, meat, dairy, nuts, etc.
Characteristics
Our jacketed cooking kettle has the following characteristics:
1. adopts stainless steel pot body, and all of components contacted with food are made of stainless steel and polished;
2. Mixing system adopts combination of rotation and revolution, its transmission ratio is not integer ratio to ensure no stirring dead angle in the pot.
3. The automatic/hydraulic type of this equipment turns over the mixing arm and tilts the pot through hydraulic force. Mixer is free of dismantling. It is convenient to load and discharge materials and saves labor.
4. Adopting stepless frequency regulator evenly mix high viscous foods and improve the quality of heating. And the mixing speed can be adjustable;
5. The scrapers is made of PTFE or teflon;
6. It features simple operation, high efficiency, low energy consumption, long service life, compact structure and easy maintenance, etc. and has excellent performance.
Heating Methods
The machine can be heated by four heating source as per customers'requirement.
1. Gas heating type(LPG or NG);
2. Steam heating type (customer must have steam boiler or steam generator);
3. Electric conduction oil heating type;
4. Electricmagnetic heating type. (the working principle is same as induction cooker).
Packing:
For FCL goods, we use stretch film then fix them with wire rope;
For LCL goods, we will use stretch fill then packed in fumigation-free wooden case.
Lead Time: Generally it is 20 days after receiving the deposit.
Payment Terms: Payment<=2000USD, T/T 100% in advance. Payment>=2000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
