Steps for baking Baguettes
1. P ut the materials into the dough mixer and mix the dough good enough for bread(you can add eggs or other materials in this step).

2. Put the dough on dough sheeter and fold back and forth.

3. Put the mixed dough into the dough divider and divide them into equal pieces(weight:from 30-120g).

4. Put the divided dough into the baguette moulder and mould into the baguette shape.

5. Put the moulded baguette dough into the tarys and then put into the prover to ferment for 40-60 minutes.
