AX-60 NEW Film Blowing extrusion Machine

It is used for blowing the various low density polyethylene(LDPE),high density polyethylene(HDPE)and linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE),ect.which is widely used for packing food stuff,garment,textile,daily-use articles and industrial products,ect.

1.The machine adopts single screw to extude the material,two die heads to blow the film.

2.The screw stem and cylinder are made of 38CRMOALA high quality alloy steel after fine finishing and nitided treatment,which has high hardness,strong resistance of corrosion and durability.

3.The die head is plated with hard chrome,with screw mandrel type structure.It ensures that the extrusive molten material is evenly,and the blown plastic film has fine finishing.The blower is of labyrinth structure with even air output.

4.The winding unit adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewinding,and driven by torque motor,which makes rolling even and roll-chaning easy.
