Answer: We Wei Ge company is a manufacturer for ovens, located in Baiyun district ,Guangzhou ,China, is the specialized 

manufacturer of bakery series, such as gas oven, electric oven, Convection oven, rotary oven, pizza oven, proofer, 

sheeter, toast moulder, mixer and so on. 

 

2.Question: Which country you have been exported?

 Answer: we have been exported to Southeast Asia and Middle East, Africa. Like Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Dubai, 

Pakistan and Singapore, ect. In the future ,we will develop Europe market as well. 

 

3.Question: Have you been participated in international exhibition or Canton fair? 

Answer: Yes ,we take part in Canton fair every year, and INTERFOOD Fair in Shanghai.

  

4.Question: How long is your machine’s warranty ?how to repair if machine occurs problems? 

Answer: We could send some parts with machine when delivery , If  machine occurs problems, we can send the parts to you as long as you provide parts pictures. Second, any problems ,

please contact us freely, We will service you in time.

 

5.Question : What’s type of payment you accept? 

Answer: we accept T/T priority , second L/C ,D/P,D/A. the second payment way will charge bank fee for buyer.

 

6.Question : Do you arrange for shipment to buyer’s country? 

Answer: yes ,we will arrange for shipment to any place ,but all ocean freight and custom declare fee belongs to buyers side. 

We accept Ex-works in factory ,FOB Guangzhou . CFR destined port . CIF destined port.
