Application of black pepper drying machine :

rotary drier  is widely used in mining industry, building material, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement industry, and etc. It is used for drying slag, limestone, coal powder, clay, sawdust, oil palm fiber, grass, river stone, Poultry dung, ores, rock sand and other different materials .

Operational principle of  black pepper drying machine:

The raw material enters the dryer by electromagnetic vibrating feeder. There is also a feeding chute at the inlet of dryer to assit materials going down quickly. Meanwhile, the hot air generated by burner  goes into the rotary dryer from heating furnace and the material get heated.

At the discharging side, the cyclone dust remover will be connected by the pipes to collect the dust from the dried material. The fuel will be gas. The dried materials will be conveyed to storage bin by screw conveyor or belt conveyor.
