2. Description:

 

a. Rotary oven is an ideal way for you baking high quality bread/cookies, biscuit, biscuit  industril and   domestic.  there are three types of rotary oven for your choice: gas, electric and diseal. 

b. the material of the rotary oven is SS304 to make sure easy to clean. 

c. hot air convextion, heated air circulateion, slowly rotating trolley included to  ensure the food heated evenly. 

 

d. spray and humidification equipments included to guarantee the humidity of the bread. the soft, elastic, and delicious bread will be out after about 15 minutes.

2. Inside room size: 1117*1950*1900mm (Sure our inside room size is the biggest one among our shanghai feng xian district any suppliers.)

 

the inside room size bigger, the hot wind recycle function is better than the smaller inside room size.

 

 

3. The outside size: 3200*2320*2500mm (Also sure our outside size is the biggest one among our shanghai feng xian district any suppliers)

 

 

4.Superfine cotton thermal insulation layer our layer is 150mm thickness, other’s is 100-120mm thickness.

 

 

5. Superfine cotton thermal cost we buy the RMB 98.00/Bag, but other’s supplier buy the RMB 50-60.00/Bag cotton.

 

 

6. SS304: the door, we use the 1.2mm thickness ss304. the inside room, we use the 1.5mm thickness ss304. the outside main frame, we use the 2mm thickness ss304.

 

 

7. The door glasses: we use the double-layer glasses door, and other suppliers’ use the single layer glass door. Pls see above pictures. Hope it will be helpful for you.

 

 

8. The four sides sealing: only we use the four sides sealing. Other suppliers often use the three sides sealing. Please see above pictures. Maybe it will be helpful for you.

 

 

9. The better sealing efficiency, saving more energy. 

 

 

10. The lifting type plate, please see the above picture, we make the trolley in and out plate lifting automatic, it can help the labor push the trolley in the inside room. It is more convenient for the labors. But other suppliers this plate, they often weld-connect it with the bottom of the rotary oven. It is not convenient for the labors.
