2. Decapper of Barreled Water Filling Machine

 

After clamping the cap, gas crock move upwards together with piston and complete decapping.

 

By the control of PLC, the machine claw release the cap and the gas crock reach the top.

Bottles automatic fixed at the carrier rings which holding the bottles on the neck while Bottles are turning upside down by carrier pockets

Inside and outside recycled washing with detergent temperature adjustable around 70°, with automatic water level control , and temperature  is controlled by detect sensors .

 

Inside final rinsing with spring water or by ozonized water. (Ozone generator is optional).Two final water rinsing cycles to ensure the cleaning of bottles.
