1. Simple introduction

 

Automatic barreled water filling and packing production line is specially used in 3 gallon to 5 gallon bottled water producing. The complete line intergrates the three function of washer,filler and capper in one body, it is the ideal equipment for filling and packing pure water and mineral water. All lines are made by stainless steel SUS304. the main electric parts use Japanese Mitsubishi, Omronsoon. The air pressure system adopts Taiwan AirTAC brand product. This machine has features as compact structure, low floor area , high efficiency , stablereliable.

 

 

2. Working process:

 

 

Bottles of 3-gallon or 5-gallon -> auto old cap remover -> auto exterior barrel washing machine -> auto interior barrel  washing machine -> auto bottle loader -> auto washing, filling and capping unit -> light checker ->hot shrink sealing machine -> outlet conveyor
