Rice milling line ---   Complete Set Rice Mill ( Food Grade )


     We design, manufacture and provide complete set rice milling machines and equipment with capacities ranging from 10 tons per day
                                    20 tons per day, 
                                    60 tons per day,
                                    80 tons per day,
                                   100 tons per day,
                               to 200 tons per day, ect.....according to user's requirement.
    
     The production line covers all the processing stages from raw grain to finished WHITE RICE such as cleaning, de- stoning, husking , separation , whitening , mist polishing , grading , color sorting and packing. 

     We provide all individual machines in all stages and all equipment used in rice mills, and also provide system engineering services, installation guidance, and training programs to the users.  
The basic rice milling processes : 
 
(1)Pre Cleaning               - Removing all impurities and unfilled grains from raw paddy.
(2)De-stoning                 - Separating small stones from paddy.
(3)Parboiling (Optional)   - Improving the nutritional quality and milling recovery percent during husking and polishing / whitening operation.
(4)Husking                      Removing husk from paddy.
(5)Husk Aspiration           - Separating the husk from brown rice/ unhusked paddy.
(6)Paddy Separation        - Separating the unhusked paddy from brown rice.
(7)Whitening                   - Removing all or part of the bran layer and germ from brown rice.
(8)Polishing                     - Improving the appearance of milled rice by removing the remaining bran particles and by polishing the exterior of  milled  kernel.
(9)Color Sorting (Optional) - Removing foreign materials such as colored, broken,immature and insected grains from milled rice.
(10)Grading                       - Separating small and large brokens from head rice.
(11)Blending                      - Mixing head rice with predetermined amount of brokens, as required by the customer.
(12)Weighing and Bagging  - Preparing the milled rice for transport to the customer.

(1)Paddy Dryer           - Drying raw paddy with high moisture.
(2)Thickness Grader    - Removing broken and immature grains from brown rice before whitening.
(3)Flow Scale              - Flow controlling and incontinuous accumulating measure white rice.
(4)Hammer Mill           - Milling chaff into grainy materials.
(5)Rice Hull Separator  - Separating paddy and broken brown rice from husk.
(6)Bran Separator       - Separating Broken rice from rice bran.
