The Wild salmon (Latin umbrella term: Onchorhynchus spp.) is a native of the North Pacific and the Arctic. There are five species of King Salmon, Keta Salmon, Coho Salmon, Sockeye Salmon and Pink Salmon. The pink salmon weighing 1.5 kg to 3 kg is the smallest salmon fish in this family and particularly known for its delicate pink colouring. It is the supplier of our Wild Salmon Caviar.
