Automatic decapper

 

 

The machine is use for removed the caps of the 5 gallon barrel, it is automatic so that very easy to do that work, it is use on the 5 gallon barrel filling production line.

1) With the barrel controlled by photoelectrical signal. Under the condition that no barrel or the outlet of cap removing machine is jammed, the barrel will be transferred to the lower part of the cap-removing head by transferring belt for automatic positioning.

2) The cap-removing head consists of four pieces of arch covers. The head is open and pressed on the opening of the barrel. With four pieces of arch covers tightened and locking the edge of the bucket opening in a fast way. After that, the barrel is raised and the cap is removed. Then it is released automatically, with cap blown to the collective sink by air.

3) During the process of cap-removing, the edge of the barrel will not be damaged.

4) The whole process is controlled by computer.

 

  External barrel-washing machine  

 

 

This washing machine is mainly use for the 3 , 5 gallon barrel filling production line, it can wash the barrel mouth and body, so specially use for mineral water etc.

1) Caps removed the barrel are transferred to this machine by the guiding rail.

2) The square external brush of the external barrel-washing machine consists of three parts.

The first part is a barrel-washing opening which is specially designed, cleaning dust, dirt and stain.

The second part is made up of special brushes in the shaped of a barrel. Wash the barrel body

thoroughly. It will remove the stain but will not damage the barrel and printed pattern on the barrel, the third part is made up of special brushes on the bottom of the barrel. It can not only wash barrel with flat barrel, but also barrel with sunken bottom.

3) During the process of cleaning. With the aid of detergent, it can clean the stain completely. On the outlet for barrel, the clean water spraying system will wash away the detergent.

4) The whole machine has employed an enclosed design, with high reliability and good stability.
