1. Euipment features:
Loop type extractor, adopting solvent spray nozzle, make the solvent like the waterfall and apraying on the oil seeds flakes or oil seeds cakes uniform. Filter grid is made from stainless steel grid, it is not be jamed easyly, and penetration efficiency is higher. Meanwhile, due to the features of the extractor itself, the materials be turned over completely, and improve the efficiency, meal (cake) residual oil can be controlled in 0.6-1.0%.

4. Technical requests:
a. This equipments manufacture, test and acceptance is basis on the JB 4735-1997 <Welded steel pressure vessel>.
b. Welded by electrodes E4303.
c. The welds in the shell, must be tested by kerosene, and after the euipment be installated, the draining stage and the under-extracting stage must be tested by water, inssure water not leak, and keep the water level, make air air tightness test for the extractor.
d. The running direction of the chain must be coincide with the dirction in the drawing, must not reverse.
e. After installation be finished, the chains of the extractor must make running without materials more than 5 rings, the running must not has jamming and collide
f. Before the mateials(flakes/cakes) be sent into the extractor and start to running, gaskets of the cover must be lay over with seal gum, and then the cover be closed tightly.
