The practice of Chinese seaweed egg soup is 3 steps:
1. Wash the dried seaweed and shred it into a bowl, add some dried shrimp;
2. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot to boil, then pour in the egg mixture;
3. When the frangipani floats, add salt and MSG, then pour the soup into the bowl, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion.
