suitable for application of plastic pre-threaded screw FLAT caps Ø 28 mm on one format of round PET bottles, for a production rate up to 12.000 BPH / max.
Machine completely clad in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Equipped with:
Automatic centrifugal hopper placed at the top of the machine, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, equipped with cap level monitoring device suitable to sort plastic pre-threaded screw FLAT caps 28 mm.
Chute, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, equipped with electronic cap-presence monitoring device, suitable to handle plastic pre-threaded screw FLAT caps 28mm.
Pick & Place device, made of stainless steel, suitable to handle plastic pre-threaded screw FLAT caps 28 mm.
AROL PK 310 screwing heads, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with magnetic clutch and optical reading of the set static torque equipped with special chucks suitable to handle plastic pre-threaded screw FLAT caps 28 mm.
Control cam for the heads pistons, made of hardened steel to guarantee against deformation.
Safety devices to block the machine if the bottles get jammed, hence preventing container breakage and product spillage.
Device for automatic start up with a set number of bottles on the infeed conveyor.
Infeed worm at the input of the loading star-wheel, designed to transfer the bottles to the capping carousel without shaking them.

TURRET PRE-ARRANGEMENT AND accessories TO ALLOW FUTURE APPLICATION OF PLASTIC SCREW SPORT CAPS DIAM. 28 MM.:
- Pre-arrangement in order to allow future application of SPORT Caps 28 mm. – one thread (this pre-arrangement must be bought together with the turret). It’s included a double inlet on Pick & Place device, a special flange in order to allow the installation of both hoppers, special cam, special head’s chucks.
