Bio Range is a selection of 100% biodegradable plates, cups, bowls and clamshells made from cornstarch .

 

2.Is Bio Range suitable for hot foods?

Yes. Bio Range can withstand temperatures over 120 degrees Celsius. It is microwaveable too. 
If in contact with hot foods for extended periods it will become a little soft but will still retain its shape and strength. Bagasse is one of the only biodegradable food service products in the world that can handle hot temperatures.

 

3.How long does it take for Bio Range to fully biodegrade?

Bio Range will biodegrade 100% in approximately 45 days in a commercial composting facility. Home composting may take a little longer (around 60 days).
