The can body and lid are packed with cartons separately.

 

How to seal the tin cans?

Commonly you can seal the tin cans with their existing sealing machines. We will send some sets of cans to customer for testing. The samples are free.

If the sealing parts were not suitable to our cans, we can supply the suitable chuck/rollers/dam.

If you do not have the sealing machine, we also supply the sealing machine. You can contact us for more details and quotation.

 

Are there any after-sale service for these cans?

Yes, following are some services for your reference.

l   Sealing parts service: when the buying quantity is big enough, we will supply 1 sets of chuck and rollers to our customer. They are free.

l   Field Service: Every one or two years, our engineer will go to customer’s factory and see what we can do. Our engineer can help customer to adjust the machines and improve the processing etc.

l   Lid loss compensation: We will supply customer some free lids as loss compensation every year. Compensation Rate is about 0.3%.

 

Can other goods be loaded with the cans container?

If there is enough space for the other goods, we can help customer to load these goods with the cans to save some freight charges.
