Min Master ® Granulated Chicken Bouillon Series is strictly in accordance with the industrial standard, SB/T 10371-2003. The main physiochemical index as following:

3, NaCl < 40%
4, Total-Nitrogen > 3%
When added in cooking, Min Master ® Granulated Chicken Bouillon have less requirements on usable conditions than MSG. While it work in all the occasions MSG be used, our product may take a very good effect to increase fresh and incense when be added by suitable amount into dishes, soups and pastas, especially appetizing with favorable taste and fragrance as cooking in the Chinese Hotpots or soups.
