Chemical Property: Have a special smell very slight. Soluble in ethanol, acetic acid, ethyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol, ether and vegetable oil, lard, a few insoluble in water
Usage: 1.Antioxidant. Applicable to the thick oil and highly unsaturated oils, such as sunflower oil. The oil and bakery food cooking, should be combined with BHA, but apply to cook fried products. General dosage 100 ~ 200mg/kg
