Lactic acid bacteria (LAB)metabolites that have completed fermentation are essentially like yogurt made with soy milk. This “yogurt” represents a veritable crystallization of LAB metabolites, containing lactic acid bacteria essence dissolved in a liquid, the soy milk component that was used in fermentation, and 16 species(35 strains) of specially bred lactic acid bacteria (killed bacterial cells).

Amitayusu is sold in the form of soft capsules, which contain all these components of LAB metabolites in powdered form. In addition, soy pulp (made from pesticide-free Soybeans and obtained as a byproduct o f the production process) is added to the mix as a source of dietary fiber, which helps improve the environment in the intestines.

Amitayusu is not a drug, which means it can be taken whenever one likes (generally 3-10 capsules per day) with water or other beverage. Each capsule is individually sealed in easy-to-carry blister packs.
