We offer mango pulp for the following Pakistani mango varieties.

Chaunsa:

Chaunsa has a higher Brix level (22-24), less acidic, more pulp recovery (60-65%), without fiber and highly aromatic in comparison to the Indian Alfanso, as well as other varieties like Atalfo (Philippines), Kent, Keitt (USA) and Honey, Kensington Pride (Australia).

 

Desi :

Desi Mango Pulp has the following characteristics.

Brix l Level 15-18%, Pulp recovery 45-50%, sweet taste, medium acid comparable to Tota Puri of India and is also comparatively more aromatic.

It is also very close to Atalfo of Philippine and Honey of Australia and can also be used as a replacement for other varieties like Kensington Pride, Kent and Keitt, 

 

  Our mango pulp is available in the following packaging formats.

• Aseptic Mango Pulp in pre sterilized bags of 220 Kg capacity in open top steel drums.
• Aseptic packing in 20 kg ‘bag in boxes’. bag in 7 ply corrugated cartons, for HORECA and small volume markets.
