Abura noodle is served with warm noodle and sauce without Ramen soup. At the bottom of bowl, you will find condensed soy sauce and lard oil.
Chili oil and Vinegar can be added as you wish. Mix it with all togather with warm noodles.

 

Instructions:  Mix 30g of sauce and boiled noodle well togather.
*Vinegar and Chili oil can be added if you wish.

♦ How to make soup " Aburasoba no tare (AB-169)

1. Shake and pour the product into the stainless bowl.

2. Before use, mix to make sauce and oil even.
3. Pour 30cc of sauce into the bowl.
4. Boil the noodle and remove the water and place it into the soup.
5. Mix it well together.
6. BBQ pork, menma, negi, boiled egg and nori(dried laver seaweed) can be served as toppings.
*** According to taste, chili oil or/and vineger can added.
