Dried celery is obtained from the fresh product, properly washed, trimmed and separated from the stalks. After dehydrated, the product is cleaned on foreign matters and minced into renquired size.
Nomal Size: 2-3mm, 5-6mm, 8-9mm for leaves, 4-5mm cut for stalks.
